Service Manager - HVAC / Refrigeration
Attention experienced service managers! Are you ready to take the lead and make a significant impact on a growing company? Look no further! We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Service Manager to join our team and oversee the daily operations of our service department.
At our company, we value efficiency, technical expertise, and customer satisfaction. As the Service Manager, you will have the opportunity to revamp and restructure our service department, develop a strong team, and ensure seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations and implement system improvements for efficient workflow
- Provide technical support and guidance to technicians
- Manage invoicing and ensure accuracy in pricing and parts
- Identify and fill personnel gaps to maintain a well-functioning team
- Standardize procedures and revamp department systems for future growth
- Recruit and onboard new employees, and provide training and career development opportunities
- Propose service contracts to enhance customer experience
- Address customer inquiries and concerns with prompt communication
- Collaborate with dispatch for efficient scheduling and pricing
- Stay organized and respond to emails using provided software
- Suggest and implement improvements within the department
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a service-oriented management role
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Proficiency in service dispatching/managing software applications
- Minimum 5 years of management experience
- Refrigeration/HVAC experience
- Experience in revamping a department is an advantage
