Tax Manager - (One of the top firms in the Delaware Valley) - Willow Grove, PA- 2 days in office
Role:
As the Tax Manager you will be responsible for helping overseeing the tax department and managing a team of tax professionals. You will be responsible for ensuring that all tax obligations are met for the firm's clients, as well as providing tax planning and advisory services.
Key responsibilities:
- Managing a team of tax professionals
- Reviewing tax returns and providing guidance to staff
- Developing tax planning strategies for clients
- Reviewing financial statements and identifying tax planning opportunities
- Working with clients to provide tax advice and guidance
- Ensuring all tax obligations are met for clients
- Keeping up to date on changes in tax laws and regulations
- Representing clients in tax audits and disputes
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients
- Supervising and mentoring staff members
Qualifications:
- CPA license
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- 8+ years of experience in tax accounting
- Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage a team and work well under pressure
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
Compensation:
$110-150k + bonus
