Job Details:
My client is a well established union electrical contractor who is actively looking for an Assistant Project Manager out of electrical contractor who hopefully has had some hospital or healthcare project experience. The APM will be assisting the Project Manager in planning, management direction, project completion, client satisfaction, and financial outcome of assigned hospital construction projects.
Duties & Responsibilities
• Provide assistance in management of various vendors, subcontractors
• Maintain extensive client contact
• Estimating of additional scopes of work
• Liaise with field supervision
• Layout/design and manage drawings and documents in Procore
• Attend project meetings
