HVAC Mechanical Estimator
My client is looking to add a Mechanical Estimator with a background in mechanical projects to its talented staff.
The qualified candidate will have at least 5+ years’ experience with estimating mechanical projects.
The ideal candidate will have experience with conceptual and lump sum estimation, exposure to estimating through all stages of design and construction, and experience with up-to-date estimating software and technology.

Requirements / Qualifications:
- Prepare bids; provide technical product and application expertise along with inside sales support to commercial customers.
- The ideal professional would be able to read and interpret plans & specifications and assemble the estimate based off of the plans.
- 5 years of direct experience with estimating
