Construction Estimator
Our client, a Highly Reputable Construction Firm, is looking to hire a Senior Estimator. They are looking for someone specializing in the construction of general commercial projects like: Office, Retail, institutional, and similar projects. Ideal candidate MUST be able to estimate all aspects of the construction project from ground-up including, core & shell, MEP, and Interiors.
An ideal candidate will have a minimum of the following:
- Able to manage multiple projects at a time
- Experience with estimating projects over $20mm.
- Strong Problem Solving skills
- Highly organized and Strong leadership skills
- Person of integrity and pride in work
