Project Manager
Project Manager Qualifications:
- 5+ years working as a Project Manager for a miscellaneous steel contractor.
- Conceptual budgeting/planning based on plans and specs.
- Field measure steel stairs, rails, gates, ladders etc.
- Experience with structural buildings.
- Proficient with computers
- Oversee steel trade sub-contractors, engineering drawings, and construction contracts.
- Develop cost-effective erection plans and schedules for completion projects.
- Review and develop structural miscellaneous steel drawings.
- Oversee a structural steel project from start to finish.
- Team leadership ability and excellent communication skills.
