Project Architect
The Project Architect will manage all phases of a project with demonstrated technical expertise on projects of various scales. You will supervise small teams, coordinates the work, and review and approve the work of all internal and external team members. Provides final review and approvals of all code analysis, material selections, and specifications. Oversee construction document production and management of BIM model. Attend client meetings and interface with clients and consultants. Coordinate with Project Managers on a regular basis to ensure projects are meeting objectives and goals. You will be accountable for the team’s execution of the work. You will be an advocate for design excellence. Experience in design, management and planning. Construction documentation and administration experience. Knowledge off NYC codes and regulations.
Keys - Bachelors and/or Masters in Architecture, 5 plus years’ experience of architecture design with Healthcare and/or Corporate projects, Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, Sketch Up, Rhino, 3D Max and Photoshop.
Registered Architect is a plus.
