Project Manager
Job Duties & Qualifications:
* Worked as a Project Manager on glass & glazing projects-office interiors, doors, walls, panels, and lobby windows.
* Familiar with or has oversaw the installation of commercial glass projects.
* Experience negotiating and assembling bid packages with prospective clients.
* Ability to work multiple projects that range from 5k to 1 million.
* Vendor and supplier negotiation experience.
* Proficient with computer literacy.
* Excellent team leadership ability and can interact with clients.
**We will consider people who have been Estimators or Installers that would like to move into Project Management as well**
**Position is full timer/permanent with very good medical, 401k, and vacation/sick**
