Estimator
One of the top players that specializes in the miscellaneous steel and ornamental construction arena is looking to hire an Estimator. Position is full time/permanent with outstanding medical, dental, 401k, and vacation sick. - 5+ years experience working as an Estimator on structural steel, miscellaneous stairs, rails, and gates for commercial, educational and other facilities.
- Material take offs, cost estimates, and monitor material prices.
- Obtain approvals on drawings, design calculations, and materials.
- Experience negotiating and assembling bid packages with prospective clients.
- Manage high profile projects from start to finish.
- Estimate change order requests.
- Excellent communication and written skills
