Senior Project Manager/Planner
Land-Use Planning
My client is looking to add a Senior Project Manager or Senior Planner to its talented staff. The qualified candidate will 10 or more years’ experience in Land-Use Planning as well as a degree in a relevant discipline. Ideally the candidate will have an advanced degree with relevant certifications. Requirements / Qualifications:
- 10 – 20 years of experience in land-use planning, resiliency and related disciplines
- Master’s degree in planning or a related discipline is preferred; or a Bachelor degree and at least 15 years of experience in planning or a closely related discipline can be substituted
- Floodplain management experience with CFM, preferred
- LEED AP or other green development accreditation/certification, desirable
- AICP strongly preferred
