Construction Management Lead
Renowned environmental consulting firm seeks Sr Construction Manager with municipal utility project experience:
- 15+ years construction experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Construction Manager Cert
- PE license
- Ability to travel up to 50%
- Microsoft Word & Excel proficiency, scheduling software, projectmates, etc.
- Experience in pipelines, pump stations, storage tanks, water treatment plants, and wastewater treatment plants
- Client interaction skills
- Driver's license
- US Citizen or Green Card holder
- Microsoft Office and Excel proficient
- Organization skills
- Financial management including cost estimates, budgeting, etc.
- Lead & perform project inspections/Construction Inspection
- Supervision of construction managers, field staff, etc.
- Great oral and written communication skills
