Job Details:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated, experienced 5-10 year Superintendent with experience in all phases of Construction to manage and control assigned construction projects. This includes including overseeing field operations, site safety, productivity, schedule, quality work, and trade contractor and supplier coordination to complete quality products within schedule and budget.
To be successful in this position candidates must possess: two year college degree in Construction Management or equivalent experience; five years residential/commercial construction experience, two years supervisory experience, valid driver's license, effective written and verbal communication skills, excellent organization and time management skills, problem solving and analysis skills, strong leadership skills and a proven commitment to Safety.
