We are currently seeking a highly motivated, experienced Construction Superintendent with experience in all phases of Residential Construction to manage and control assigned Residential construction projects. This includes including overseeing field operations, site safety, productivity, schedule, quality work, and trade contractor and supplier coordination to complete quality products within schedule and budget.
To be successful in this position candidates must possess: two year college degree in Construction Management or equivalent experience; five years residential construction experience, two years supervisory experience, valid driver's license, effective written and verbal communication skills, excellent organization and time management skills, problem solving and analysis skills, strong leadership skills and a proven commitment to Safety.
