Job Details:
SAFETY COORDINATOR
Growing New Jersey-based electrical construction contractor is currently looking for a Safety Professional with experience in electrical construction (preferably high voltage), to join their safety team.
Job Requirements:
Visit job sites for compliance review, hazard analysis, & training
Job Specifics:
Safety Program Development
-Safety and/or new hire orientation and training
-Weekly preparation for training, scheduling of time, etc
-Accident investigation
-Corrective action plans and results tracking
Additional Skills:
OSHA 30 hour training
OSHA 500 a plus
Basic PC Windows computer skills – Microsoft Office
Construction safety experience, 3 to 5 years
Demonstrated successful leadership skills & career path development
Willing and able to travel away from home
High Voltage Electrical, rigging and cranes, forklift, aerial lift, fall protection, confined space, excavation.
