Job Details:
Senior Architect
Representing a client in the DC Metro area that is looking for a senior level Architect well established in the DC and surrounding market. Tremendously fair compensation and an awesome benefit package. Responsibilities will include:
- Marketing efforts for the firm
- Writing proposals
- Interview preparation for clients and projects
- Design and Documentation for educational, community, recreation, and federal projects
- Managing multiple projects
- Managing day to day office operations
Requirements:
- Registered Architect
- 10-25 years experience
- Vast experience in the above mentioned project space
- Extreme familiarity of the DC area
- Relationships with Engineering and Consulting firms
- Marketing experience +++
