My client is a well regarded mid-sized Commercial HVAC firm that does a lot of government building work in the Northern Virginia area. They seek a Commercial HVAC technician who is very familiar with troubleshooting and integration of a wide range of commercial and industrial AC service and installation issues. Wants a mid-level to senior candidate who has enough knowledge to work autonomously and independently. Must be able to communicate the diagnosis of the repairs and the different options to the client and exceed their expectations. familiarity with commercial AC systems that incorporate building automation systems to link multiple buildings a plus! Familiar with 5 to 100 ton package units, split systems, computer room units a plus! Would like a US citizen as most of their contracts are in government buildings that require some sort of clearance. If this sounds like you, let's talk! Company treats their people very well!
