My client is a spectacular Mechanical Contractor who is looking for HVAC Service and Maintenance Agreement Sales Account Executives. They have territories in Delaware, Maryland and Eastern PA they are looking to fill. The right candidate will be a results-driven HVAC Commercial Maintenance Sales professional to identify and develop new business opportunities within the commercial sector. This role involves building lasting client relationships, assessing customer needs through site visits, and delivering tailored HVAC maintenance solutions. The ideal candidate will prepare and present detailed proposals and service agreements, collaborate with technical teams to meet project specifications, and consistently achieve sales targets. Staying current with industry trends and competitive offerings is essential to drive growth and maintain our position as a market leader. Job Description ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the commercial HVAC market. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and new prospects, ensuring their HVAC needs are met. • Must be comfortable prospecting through cold calling. • Prepare and present project proposals, quotes, and service agreements. • Collaborate with the engineering and installation teams to ensure project satisfaction!
