My client is a well known Union Mechanical Contractor. They seek both an HVAC Project Manager and an Assistant Project Manager for immediate interviews.
Job Description:
Project Manager to oversee Commercial HVAC installation projects from the planning stage to completion on time and within budget.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years HVAC direct work experience in a project management capacity including all aspects of process development and execution
Proven experience in strategic planning and risk management
Have the ability to read and understand mechanical drawings, purchase orders, contracts, etc.
Have knowledge of estimating techniques, cost control, and pricing
Have the ability to react to project adjustments and alterations promptly and efficiently
Have the ability to bring projects to successful completion within budget
Have the ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high pressure environment
Have excellent written and oral communication skills
Have the ability to interact with peers, customers, and management
Have the ability to foster and maintain a positive team environment
Be proficient Microsoft Excel and Word, AUTO CAD a plus
