My client is a well regarded specialty contractor. They are seeking a Plumbing Project Manager with can handle projects 5 million and above. My client does large, high profile commercial and institutional projects in the NYC area. 5+ years of experience in Plumbing systems knowledge, cost budget and control experience, and leading Projects from womb to tomb. Mechanical and HVAC knowledge a plus. Must know the construction Project Management process. Union environment.
