HR Manager

- Lead orientation programs for new employees, ensuring seamless integration.
- Develop job descriptions and training programs tailored to team and company needs.
- Design HR strategies that bolster organizational objectives and workforce efficiency.
- Manage payroll systems and ensure compliance with legal standards.
- Address employee relations, handle investigations, and lead conflict resolution initiatives.
- Maintain payroll systems and manage administrative employee changes.
- Ensure regulatory compliance with employment laws

**Key Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
- Minimum of five years’ progressive experience in HR management and employee relations.
- Preferably certified in PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP.
- Strong in verbal and written communication; adept at negotiation.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships and adapt to organizational needs.
- Track record of successful strategic talent acquisition initiatives.
