Any candidates with strong commercial land development experience will be immediately considered.

- Must have PE
- Development Planning and Consulting
- Due Diligence Investigations
- Parcel Rezonings
- Site Plans and Entitlement Services
- Commercial and Retail Development Plans
- Single and Multifamily Residential Developments
- Paving and Drainage Plans
- Public Water and Sewer Plans
- Offsite Improvement Plans
- Tentative/Final Plats
- Survey and Real Property Services
- Hydrology/Hydraulic Analysis and Reporting
- Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans
