Tax Director
Role:
As a Tax Director, you will report to the partners of the firm and be an integral part of the firm's tax practice. This includes working with a high-profile portfolio of clientele to help provide expertise on all tax related issues including due diligence and M&A. Due to the level of this role, you will also be a key strategic partner in marketing, business development, and branding for the firm. This person will have very professional communication skills, knowledge of tax structure, tax transactions, tax filings, tax reporting, as well as the ability to work in a fast pace deal center environment. This is for a leader that might be looking for a change in firms, change in environment, and the ability to have an impact on a growing well recognized firm!
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree; MBA is a plus
- 8+ years of tax experience within a BIG4 or large Public Accounting Firm
- Prior buy and sell side, M&A, or Tax Due Diligence experience is preferred
