Software Development Lead
My client has a full time opening for a Software Development Lead. This role will be hands on and also help to lead a small development team. Position will involve the following:
- Development of new software applications
- Unit testing
- Recommendation and implementation of new technology to the department
- Mentor less seasoned development staff
- Software troubleshooting, address bug fixes
- Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
- Best Practices
To qualify you should be a Sr. Developer with some leadership experience. And ideally have experience with the following:
- ASP.Net
- C#
- MVC
- SQL
- Web Services
- WCF
- Javascript
- JSON
- Azure experience is preferred
- Test Driven Development (TDD)
