Software Trainer
Our client, a leading provider of software is seeking a Software Trainer. The role of the Software Trainer is to conduct in-person and virtual training to external and internal clients. The Software Trainer will be responsible for improving the skills and knowledge of clients , assisting in successful implementation, as well as adoption of continued usage of our client's product(s).
The training courses are conducted either at client sites across the U.S and Canada or virtually from the office. The trainer will not only train end user(s) but also train the client's IT departments in the installation and support of our client's software and hardware, as well as give advanced user training.
The trainer will be traveling between 75% of the time based on project timelines and client availability.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct end user training on proprietary software and provide best practice recommendations, including reports, speech recognition, mobility, etc.
• Ability to demo product to end users, IT staff, and prospects as needed
• Provide technical training to client's IT support staff so they are able to configure and support the product internally
• Ability to troubleshoot issues while onsite
• Assist support team with resolving client tickets as needed
• Provide accurate and detailed reports on project status and training results
• Gather customer feedback and take action as needed to improve customer adoption and usage
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure high quality service is delivered
Position Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree required
• 2 years experience as a software trainer, account manager, and/or project manager
• Ability to travel frequently within the U.S and Canada; must have valid driver's license
• Must be well-organized and possess high degree of attention to detail
• Ability to think creatively with a desire to exceed customer expectations
• Ability to learn new product offering and functionality as software updates are available
• Must possess strong communication skills and be confident in presenting technical information
• Must have exceptional time management skills
• Has a positive attitude when dealing with people, as well as possess strong listening skills
