Logistics and Supply Chain Software Consultants:
Our client has an immediate need for multiple Logistics & Supply Chain Software Consultant. This position will apply their industry knowledge and experience to customer challenges and opportunities through software consulting engagements. This position will work closely with Software & Supply Chain Intelligence organization and other key departments to create and offer industry leading services to our customers. This will be a key customer interfacing role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead both independent and cross-functional customer engagements to satisfy consulting scope of work sold to customers
• Provide strong analysis and problem solving skills while applying deep industry or domain knowledge to customer challenges and opportunities
• Ensure high quality delivery of software consulting services and overall client satisfaction
• Drive development and documentation of software consulting services (i.e., software consulting products) with a logistics and supply chain focus and contribute to building and managing content knowledge base
• Display depth of knowledge to customers during sales-phase while representing breadth and depth of solutions and expertise
• Work to develop marketing/sales collateral for specific software consulting products
• Support the sales organization and drive pipeline generation of consulting services
• Contribute and develop software consulting proposals and/or the software portion of Program proposals
• Ensure high quality delivery of software consulting services and client satisfaction on consulting engagements
Knowledge / Qualifications:
The qualifications for the position of Logistics & Supply Chain Software Consultant include proven success in Client Management, Consultative Selling and Services Delivery. Other important areas of experience and skills include:
• Specific Domain Experience and Knowledge in the Logistics and Supply Chain Industries
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Strong leadership skills;
• A willingness to travel in order to satisfy Client needs
