Project Manager – Commercial Construction
An excellent Commercial Construction GC/CM company in the Philadelphia suburbs is actively in search of a commercial Project Manager or Sr Project Manager for a full time permanent staff position.
G/C - Construction Management commercial experience is required for consideration. Individuals will have at least 5 or more years of strong commercial construction experience, Office Buildings, Retail Space, Healthcare (Laboratories, Cleanrooms, Hospital, etc.), High rise, Senior Living facilities, Multi-Family Apartments, Academic/Institutional, etc.

Requirements
- A minimum of at least 5 years of commercial experience
- Relevant work/ project experience
- Salary is open dependent experience
- College Degree a plus, NOT required (Engineering, Construction Management, building construction, Construction Science, Architecture, Architectural Engineering or relevant degree)
- Projects are based in the local PA/NJ/DE area.
