One of the top Heavy Construction Firms in Tr-State Area has an immediate need for a Senior Plant Manager with 10+ years’ experience working with asphalt projects. Position is full time permanent is the need is immediate.
Job Description and Duties:
- 10+ years’ experience working for a heavy construction firm that works on heavy asphalt construction projects.
- Experience working for a company that constructs highways, site development, and foundation projects.
- Manage department to ensure production goals are met.
- Meet production goals, deadlines, productivity, to meet customer demand.
- Manage costs to meet budgets and financial goals.
- Team player with great communication skills.
