Transfer Agency Manager

Role:
As a Transfer Agency Manager, you will be working with Hedge Funds on a daily basis in order to ensure the processing of investor transactions are accurately recorded and vetted within the system. This individual will have a strong knowledge of soup to nuts investor service transactions including AML, FATCA Reporting, CRS Reporting, and other regulatory requirements. As a Manager within this department, you will be involved with the day to day as well as managing, reviewing, ensuring, and adhering to corporate processes.
Responsibilities:
- Process transactions from inception of trade through the entire process
- Communicate with investors in order to receive data associated with hedge fund
- Respond to any questions, concerns, and requests from investors
- Continual maintenance of client accounts within the systems
- Complete anti-money laundering compliance verification as well as FACTA reporting
- Review, process, & record transactions of hedge funds
- Review, check, ensure the work of staff and senior TA associates
- Work with auditors to help prepare annual audit
- Work with other departments to evaluate operational risks
- Special projects as needed.
Qualifications:
Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's degree (accounting or finance), 4+ years of Investor Service or Transfer Agency experience within the financial services industry. Strong knowledge of FACTA, AML, CRS, and trading.
