Job Details:
The Director of Quality is a key, senior contributor within the organization who will be involved in the full life-cycle from contract review, product development, process design, and assurance of product quality. You will manage a team to ensure that from material selection, production, and continuing customer use, the highest levels of product quality and customer satisfaction are achieved.

Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Materials Science, Materials Engineering, Metallurgy, or Metallurgical Engineering. Graduate Degrees are preferred but not necessary with strong experience.
- 15 years of progressive steel industry experience with a Bachelor's Degree /or/ 10 years of experience in metals
- 5 or more years of steel forging is requires. More is certainly better.
- Knowledge of primary steel and steel alloys including chemistry development, melting and casting
- Clear and professional communication and presentation abilities
