Assistant Project Manager
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Set up project files:
- PO Book
- Project Directory (excel format)
- Job folder (N Drive)
- Receive and update drawings in folder and distribute to project team
- Provide project info for contract
- Receive permit applications and distribute to expeditor
- Timberline:
- Enter budget, forward to Accounting for billing set up
- RFI’s
- Enter in Timberline
- Save in job folder
- Distribute to Owner/Architect/Engineer
- Follow up for response
- Distribute approved submittal to sub, Field, project folder
- Distribute to Owner/Architect/Engineer
- Follow up for approval
- Distribute approved submittal to sub, Field, project folder
- Change Requests (Owner)
- Change Orders (Owner)
- Subcontracts, inclusive of AIA Document and scope of work. Any mark ups to be
- Drawing/SK Log
- Tracking deliveries for materials and equipment
- Reconcile invoice issues
- Code and approve invoices with PM inTimberscan
- Follow up on payments
- Ensure all subcontracts and POs have been paid in full once final payment is received
- Coordinate emergency deliveries
- Scheduling subs
- Sourcing emergency supplies
- Attending jobsite meetings
