Branch Operations Manager
Onsite in Kalispell MT, must be local.
We are seeking an experienced Branch Operations Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of our branch operations. This role focuses on delivering exceptional member service, driving business growth, and managing branch staff to ensure smooth, efficient operations.
Responsibilities include:

Lead and supervise branch staff, providing coaching, guidance, and performance management

Develop new deposit and loan business while maintaining strong member relationships

Manage branch operations, budgets, forecasts, and financial objectives

Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies
-
Serve as a community ambassador to increase visibility and business opportunities

Collaborate with other branches and headquarters to share best practices and market insights
Qualifications:
-
High school diploma or equivalent; Associate or Bachelor’s in accounting, finance, or banking preferred

3–5 years of banking or financial services experience; 1–2 years supervisory experience required

Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
-
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service abilities

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general office systems

Ability to travel between branches as needed
