Job Details:
Our client, located just outside of Las Vegas, NV has an immediate need for Desktop/Network Engineers for holiday coverage.
Must Haves:
- Ability to start immediately.
- Excellent customer interaction skills.
- Strong documentation skills.
- Ability to work unconventional hours.
Technical Skills:
- Microsoft Windows 7 Desktop and Laptop Support.
- Physical and Wireless Network.(Cisco, HP, Firewalls)
- Level 1 and Level 2 troubleshooting skills.
- Active Directory, 3rd party and ancillary network login and account management.
- Ability to work with a workflow based IS Support Ticketing System.
Nice to Haves:
- Healthcare experience is a plus.
- EMR (Electronic Medical Record).
