Electrical Project Manager
A growing commercial electrical contractor is seeking an experienced Commercial Electrical Foreman to lead installation and service projects in the Syracuse area. This is a full-time opportunity offering $40–$60/hour (based on experience), a sign-on bonus of up to $7,500, excellent benefits, and long-term career growth.
Responsibilities:
- Lead commercial electrical installation, maintenance, and repair projects.
- Read blueprints, specifications, and electrical drawings.
- Install, troubleshoot, and maintain electrical systems, including power distribution and emergency generators.
- Supervise and mentor apprentices while ensuring work meets quality and safety standards.
- Diagnose electrical issues using testing equipment and ensure compliance with applicable electrical codes.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of commercial electrical experience, including leadership responsibilities.
- Completion of an electrician apprenticeship.
- Journeyman or Electrician license preferred.
