Commercial Refrigeration Foreman –
A well-established national HVAC and refrigeration contractor is seeking an experienced Commercial Refrigeration Foreman to lead commercial and industrial installation projects. Responsibilities:
- Lead, train, and mentor refrigeration installation crews.
- Coordinate daily field operations and keep projects on schedule.
- Monitor labor productivity, job costs, and project quality.
- Serve as the primary technical resource on assigned projects.
- Communicate with customers, general contractors, and subcontractors.
- Enforce safety standards, PPE requirements, and company procedures.
- Oversee apprentices, journeymen, and third-party contractors as needed.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of commercial refrigeration or construction leadership experience.
- Strong understanding of commercial refrigeration systems and installation practices.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and project management software.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
Compensation & Benefits:
- $50–$65/hour, depending on experience.
