Maintenance Technician – Automation & Controls
Growing manufacturing facility seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician with expertise in automation and controls. This role will support PLC-controlled equipment, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, system calibration, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities include:
✔ Maintaining and optimizing automated systems and controls
✔ Troubleshooting production equipment and supporting machine operators
✔ Leading equipment start-ups, changeovers, and shutdowns
✔ Supporting PM programs and updating work orders in CMMS (Manager Plus)
✔ Assisting with installations, modifications, and equipment calibrations
✔ Training and mentoring technicians and operators on automation systems
