Electrical / Control Systems Engineer II
We’re hiring an Electrical / Control Systems Engineer II with experience in industrial automation, PLC programming, and control panel design. This is a hands-on engineering role where you’ll design, program, and commission PLC / HMI / SCADA systems for industrial and municipal projects, from concept through field startup.
Responsibilities:
Design and develop UL508A-compliant control panels, configure and program Rockwell, Siemens, Schneider, GE, or Ignition PLC/HMI systems, and lead on-site commissioning and troubleshooting. You’ll work directly with engineers, project managers, and clients to deliver safe, efficient, and reliable automation solutions.
Requirements:

5–7 years of experience in control systems design, programming, or commissioning

Knowledge of industrial networking (Ethernet/IP, Modbus TCP, Profinet)

Ability to read P&IDs, electrical schematics, and single-line diagrams

Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or Instrumentation (or equivalent experience)

Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel up to 60%
Preferred Skills:
Experience with VFD startup, instrument calibration, and safety or commissioning certifications (OSHA 30, ABB, Allen-Bradley, Siemens).
