Sr. Software Engineer
Full time hybrid opening for a Sr. Software Engineer. Client prefers experience with Python and Java. You will join the engineering team to build scalable, cloud-native solutions that power critical business capabilities. We’re looking for a collaborative engineer who enjoys solving complex problems and delivering high-quality software in a modern AWS environment.
What You’ll Do
- Design, develop, and deliver reliable backend software solutions
- Build distributed, event-driven applications using AWS services
- Improve system scalability, performance, and reliability
- Collaborate with Product, Architecture, DevOps, and InfoSec teams
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, observability, and automation
- Support clean code practices, testing, and operational excellence
What We’re Looking For
- 4–6 years of software engineering experience
- Strong experience with Java and Python
- Solid understanding of SQL, data modeling, and query optimization
- Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services and architecture
- Familiarity with Docker, ECS/EKS, and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, RDS, or DocumentDB
- Knowledge of monitoring tools like CloudWatch or Datadog
