Job Details:
Fire Protection Engineer Technician
Hands-on Fire Sprinkler Systems testing and maintenance experience. Government work, field working knowledge of water operation systems, piping, plumbing, deluge pipe, wet pipe, dry pipe, pumps, high pressure, nozzles, hands-on pre-action work. Requires NICET Level II, Top Secret Clearance for government work projects, World Wide Travel.
NICET Level II, NFPA requirements, studies, written reports, code compliance, fire and life safety building code analysis. The ability to read blue prints and architectural drawings. Excellent presentation and communication skills are required.
US Citizenship is required. Must have NICET Level II in Sprinkler testing and maintenance, Top Secret Clearance for government work projects, must be willing to travel – generous salary, per diem, full expenses covered. This job is based in Arlington, VA - requires 50% world-wide travel.
