Commercial & Industrial HVAC Service Technician
Central & Northern New Jersey
A well-established full-service mechanical contractor serving commercial and industrial clients throughout New Jersey is actively seeking experienced HVAC Service Technicians to join its growing team.

Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial & industrial HVAC systems
- Perform preventative maintenance and emergency service
- Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration-related issues
- Service chillers, RTUs, AHUs, boilers, cooling towers, pumps, and ventilation systems
- Work with BAS/BMS and associated controls
- Communicate professionally with customers and facility personnel
Qualifications
- 2+ years of commercial/industrial HVAC service experience
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
- Chiller and/or refrigeration experience desired
- EPA Certification preferred
- Clean driving record required
- Strong customer service and communication skills
Experience supporting healthcare, industrial, institutional, manufacturing, distribution, or mission-critical facilities is a plus.
