Job Details:
Well respected consulting engineering firm is looking for a sharp and experienced Senior Mechanical HVAC Engineer:
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Design mechanical / HVAC systems, including ductwork, piping and layout of devices
- Prepare 2 and 3-dimensional construction documents using Revit.
- Make calculations using engineering formulas such as heating and cooling loads and equipment sizing
- Coordinate design efforts.
- Manage projects across a multidisciplinary team, including tracking all aspects of the project, identifying needs, changes to fees/ project budget and facilitating quality products on time.
- Mentor junior drafters and designers.
Experience/Knowledge:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 5+ years professional experience designing HVAC systems.
- Revit and AutoCAD proficiency.
- PE required
