My client is a top notch Commercial Mechanical Contractor who is actively looking for a Commercial HVAC Field Superintendent who can troubleshoot and run projects in the field.
Summary of Position/Purpose:
The successful Commercial HVAC Superintendent is responsible for overseeing field operations for large-scale mechanical construction projects, including multifamily developments, schools, hospitals, and other commercial facilities. This role provides leadership and direction to HVAC foremen, field technicians, and subcontractors to ensure installations are completed safely, efficiently, on time, and within budget, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
