Zoning Attorney
Responsibilities:
- Handle zoning and land use litigation matters
- Draft motions, pleadings, and other legal documents
- Conduct legal research and substantive discovery
- Represent clients in hearings before planning boards, zoning boards, and conversation commissions
- Collaborate with attorneys on complex land use and real estate cases
Qualifications:
- 3-7 years of real estate and land use litigation experience
- Experience with discvoery and motion practice
- Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
- Hearing experience before local boards
- Boston zoning and renewable energy development experience
