Insurance Coverage Litigation Attorney - New York, NY
Role:
You will specialize in representing clients involved in disputes over insurance coverage.
Responsibilities:
- Reviewing insurance policies and determining coverage rights and obligations.
- Conducting legal research and analysis to develop case strategies.
- Representing clients in court hearings, arbitration proceedings, and mediation sessions.
- Negotiating settlements with opposing parties.
- Drafting legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery requests.
Requirements:
- Must be admitted in the state of New York.
- 3+ years of experience in insurance coverage.
Compensation:
$170,000 - 190,000 + bonus
