Field Service Technician – HVAC / Critical Cooling Systems
📍 Multiple U.S. Locations
✈️ Travel: ~50%
A rapidly growing, innovative infrastructure company is seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to support installation, commissioning, and service of advanced cooling systems used in data centers and mission critical facilities across the U.S.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform startup, commissioning, and service of thermal, Chillers and HVAC systems
- Execute preventative maintenance and manage service schedules
- Conduct on-site quality checks for installations
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, refrigeration, and electrical systems
- Provide technical support and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve system performance and reliability
- Participate in an on-call rotation as needed
- Travel approximately 50% nationwide
Qualifications
- EPA 608 Certification (required)
- Experience in HVAC, refrigeration, or mechanical systems service
- Strong troubleshooting skills across electrical and mechanical components
- Working knowledge of:
- Refrigeration theory
- Hydronic systems
- Basic electrical circuit analysis
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and on a team
