Data Entry Specialist (Part-time)
Role:
A leading and expanding plastics manufacturing organization located in Delaware County, is looking for a part-time data entry clerk. This individual will be assisting a VP of Sales and customer service team with data entry within Excel spreadsheets. The VP is looking for a reliable person with a strong technical background in Excel. Reason being, you will be responsible for inputting data and making changes to existing data in digital databases. You also be inputting data from paper documents into digital spreadsheets, updating order statuses for customers and double-checking their work to make sure they inputted data correctly.
Responsibilities:
- Create spreadsheets to track important client information and orders.
- Transfer data from hard copy to a digital database.
- Update client information in a database.
- Organize existing data in a spreadsheet.
- Verify outdated data and make any necessary changes to records.
- Work with sales teams and sales members to verify pricing, quotes, customer information, etc.
Working situation:
This will be a 20-30 hour work week within the company's office and those hours can be spread out over 3 or 5 days.
