**Architectural Director**
- Oversee and expand the architectural division.
- Provide strategic direction and executive project oversight.
- Cultivate and sustain strong client relationships.
- Mentor and manage architectural staff to ensure quality and consistency.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on complex projects.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
- Licensed Architect (RA) is required.
- 10–15+ years of experience, with proven leadership and project management skills.
- Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD.
**Mid-Level Architect (Project Architect / Job Captain)**
- Contribute to project delivery from initial design through completion.
- Prepare construction documents using Revit and AutoCAD.
- Coordinate effectively with engineers and other consultants.
- Stay updated on codes and standards to ensure compliance.
- Guide and support junior staff in project execution.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
- 4–8 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
