Draftsperson
We are seeking a Draftsperson to support our team due to increased workload.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed 2D drawings and plans using AutoCAD
- Revise and update drawings based on markups and project changes
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, and project teams
- Assist with preparation of construction documents and drawing sets
- Ensure drawings meet project specifications and industry standards
- Support coordination across disciplines including structural and MEP
- Maintain organized drawing files and documentation
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (required)
- Experience with Revit (preferred)
- Background in construction-related drafting
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
Preferred Experience
- Roofing systems
- Building facades
- Concrete structures
- MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) coordination
