- Proficient in reading and interpreting vendor cut sheets to determine product functionality.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, standards, and ability to develop wiring diagrams.
- Ability to design panel layouts considering manufacturing techniques and field installation requirements.
- Experience using AutoCAD Electrical for drafting schematics and panel layouts.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and construction teams.
- Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills, initiative, and dependability.
- Flexible and adaptable in a dynamic work environment.
- Keen understanding of market demands and customer focus.
