Job Details:
Litigation Associate Attorney
A nationally recognized law firm is seeking highly qualified associates with at least three years of litigation experience to join its high-profile Trial, White Collar, and Investigations practice.
Candidates should have hands-on experience conducting legal research, managing discovery, taking and defending depositions, interviewing witnesses, drafting pleadings and briefs, preparing and arguing motions, and assisting with trial preparation. Prior judicial clerkship experience is a plus. Strong legal writing and analytical skills are required.
Qualifications:

3–6 years of solid litigation experience, with trial exposure preferred

Experience drafting and arguing motions and conducting depositions

Excellent written and verbal advocacy skills

Strong research and analytical abilities

Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment

Collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently

Active bar membership in good standing
