**Key Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Computer, Controls, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 1-3+ years of experience in PLC and HMI programming, SCADA development, or control panel design.
- Expertise in PLC programming, HMI interfaces, and relay control logic.
- Proficient in AutoCAD with the ability to interpret schematics and drawings.
- Robust skills in analog and digital circuit design, including 4-20mA circuits.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for engaging with customers and team members.
- Capacity to juggle multiple projects and deadlines with precision.
